The Reasons We Used To Keep The Weight On
Of course there are plenty of physical
reasons why you can become overweight:
Maybe you're taking
steroids which have the side effect of significant weight gain.
Maybe you have a
hypo-thyroid condition causing your metabolic rate to slow down
significantly and cause weight gain.
Other medications can also
cause weight gain.
BUT by far the most common
cause of weight gain is the individual’s attitude towards food, and this
