Hypnotherapy and Hypnosis
Changing Lives!

Sexual Challenges

For Men - Help overcome your sexual fears and conflicts, impotence, premature ejaculation, inadequacy and even size envy.  Get that confidence back, build back that sex drive and experience what it's really like to let go and enjoy what you've been missing!

For Women - Open up to true passion, love and sex.  Increase your pleasure and reconnect with that relationship.  Explore yourself fully like never before and release any, and I mean any, sexual dysfunction.  Bring power back into the bedroom!

Why Hypnosis instead of a sex therapist?

Well one reason is that typically when you go to a clinic with a sex therapist, you have to be with your partner.  Through Hypnosis the client can be guided on a very deep level (no pun intended) on their own which has significant benefits in terms of reduced nervousness AND you don't have to take your clothes off!

Why Hypnosis instead of a sex therapist?

Yes! The earliest known case of successful treatment of sexual dysfunction commonly called Inhibited Sexual Desire (ISD) through Hypnosis was performed by Erickson and Kubie.  ISD is the most widespread type of sexual dysfunction and usually is related to problems with communication and intimacy, traumatic sexual experiences, or negative role modeling from parents.

Hypnosis continues to be used successfully in helping many types of sexual issues such as premature ejaculation, fantasy and role playing, libido, erection, lubrication, impotence and even anaorgasmia.  I have even seen people experience orgasms during a Hypnotic session!

"The two fundamental reasons that cause relationships to end are money and sex (both quality and lack thereof).  You can avoid the latter!"

Common Example of sexual dysfunction

"My girlfriend dumped me because she says I 'wasn't there' when we made love. She's not the first to say this. I know something's wrong. Can hypnotherapy help me?"

Probably.  Your sexual dysfunction means you engage in sex more as an observer than as a participant.  You hold yourself back from entering a trance state; you have difficulty "letting go."

Always seek medical advice to verify any actual physical problems first, before seeking hypnotherapy.

There are several ways in which Hypnosis can help you to resolve this problem.  Hypnotherapy will have a particular focus depending on whether the problem is organic or psychological.

Organic sexual problems require medical intervention. Hypnotherapy may be used as an ancillary method, for instance, in helping you to heal faster after an operation.  More frequently, sexual difficulties treated by a Hypnotherapist concern psychological issues.

Since the process deals with your mind, all sexual activity during hypnotherapy takes place only in your imagination.  What you learn through hypnotherapy is practiced privately in your own space.

Hypnotherapy can be used to heighten your sensual involvement and help you to be fully present while engaging in sex.

A common, effective use of hypnotherapy is to lower your anxiety.

The anticipation of failure (particularly for men anxious about their ability to have or to maintain an erection) brings on anxious feelings.  These in turn bring about the failure. Hypnotherapy ends this vicious circle and replaces the anticipation of failure with the certainty of success and confidence!

Traditional sex therapy methods are more readily accepted by you when in hypnosis because the conscious, judgmental, analytical part of your mind is temporarily set aside.  Your subconscious then absorbs the new, positive messages you've asked the Hypnotherapist to create.

"One thing I've learned in all these years is not to make love when you really don't feel like it; there's probably nothing worse you can do to yourself than that!" - Norman Mailer

Generally speaking, fear is rational and when it becomes irrational it changes into a phobia.  It's a subjective call mainly because it's one of degree.  The easiest way to determine what you might have is to judge if it's more irrational than rational or not.  Every fear uses our imagination which is powerful and therefore always have some amount of irrationality.
