Product Policy & Guarantee

Privacy

Complete privacy of client information is assured.  We will not share any information with anyone unless the client specifically provides written permission.  Sessions are always completely private and revolve around the client.

Payment

We accept cash, check, Visa and Mastercard.

Missed and Rescheduled Sessions

If there are circumstances that will prevent you from keeping your appointment, we require at least a 24 hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling.  We do understand how your schedule may change.  However many of our clients have a waiting period of 1 - 2 weeks and seek the first available time.  Therefore clients making cancellations, missing appointments or rescheduling on the same day as the appointment WILL be charged for the time scheduled that day as we would be unable to utilize that time for other clients on such short notice.

Missed Appointments or "no-shows"

If there is no notification prior to your appointment then you are charged the full amount.

Same Day Rescheduling Requests (prior to your scheduled time)

Rescheduling to another day are accommodated with a $50 fee.

Same day cancellations (prior to your scheduled time)

This is accommodated with a $50 fee.
